Is a battery health report available for every EV?
Battery information must be checked vehicle by vehicle. Ask whether a report is available, when it was produced and which method was used. No battery health score is assumed for a vehicle without supporting information.
Are prices shown including VAT and transport?
No vehicle prices are currently published online. Each individual offer should state its price basis, applicable tax treatment and any included or additional services before agreement.
